I volunteered to bring something to an "all things pink" baby shower the other day. While thinking of the many possibilities I remembered seeing this popcorn off of the "Hot Garlic" blog. Surprise surprise..........I had all of the ingredients! I may not have had anything to cook my family for dinner that night, but I had everything for the seriously yummyWhite Chocolate and Marshmallow Popcorn.
I can't even tell you what a hit this was, I even heard people talking
about it the next day!
It's a perfect thing to bring to a party and
it's super easy!
Here are my own personal tips when making this recipe:
1. I usually melt chocolate on the stove, but when combining
marshmallows and chocolate I recommend the microwave!
2. Spray your large mixing bowl with Pam before hand
(clean-up was real sticky!)
3. Pick out all of the unpopped kernals that you can.
They are no fun to bite down on!
4. Drizzle melted milk chocolate over the top, it's just pretty.

oh yummy. i am pretty sure i have all the ingredients for that as well, but not for dinner!! ps, have i told you how much i enjoy this blog? i sure do!
